IMO survivability alone is the least useful single stat in any video game unless you party up with friends you can trust to make good on your ability to take focus. The only really superior thing about her is being durable, since Fuso is honestly better vs cruisers. AA is about as bad as Warspite, so worst among tier/class. Also these guns reload slower (35s, while NM has around 34.3s) for some reason. The guns are the 45 calibre model shared with the New York class, rather than New Mexico's 50 calibre model, so expect penetration to be worse.
Increased minimum armour thicknesses over NM are possibly a bit better for absorbing HE lower max deck armour probably isn't an issue considering how rare and ineffectual plunging fire typically is due to dispersion and the fact few guns in the game will elevate far enough (worst case scenario is like 2 pens from a borderhugging Amagi who probably can't aim anyway). Arizona has better health than any T6 BB and relatively good accuracy, especially considering she doesn't have a lower number of guns which increased accuracy typically compensates for like on Warspite.
